Do we need to change our IT provider?
No. The review is intended to help you understand your current position. We can work constructively alongside your existing IT provider, and any decisions remain yours.
Is this a full technical security audit?
Not by default. The review is tailored to your needs and may identify areas that would benefit from deeper technical testing or a specialist audit. We'll make the scope clear beforehand.
What does an IT Health Check cost?
Pricing is bespoke, based on the size and complexity of your environment and the areas you want reviewed. We'll agree the scope and fee before starting.
Will we need ongoing support afterwards?
No. This can be a completely standalone engagement. If you later need occasional advice, project support or ongoing Fractional IT Director services, that's available separately.
Where do you work?
IT Direction supports businesses across the UK, particularly London, Kent and the South East. The approach can include remote discussions and on-site work where agreed.
